Promotion Overview:
This promotion is conducted by Edwards & Hardy to celebrate winning the RANZ 2023 Training Company of the Year Award. Participants have the opportunity to win one of four travel packages valued at $3,000 each.
Eligibility
This promotion is open to all customers who receive a roof repair or roof replacement quote from Edwards & Hardy over the value of $5,000 (including scaffolding costs).
Promotion Period
The promotion is valid for qualifying sales made between 1st October 2023 and 31st May 2024.
Entry into Draw
Each qualifying sale within the promotion period automatically enters the customer into the draw. Sales teams are encouraged to use this promotion as a sales aid.
Draw and Selection of Winners:
The draw for the travel packages will be conducted no later than 07 June 2024. Winners will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entrants in each region.
There will be four separate draws, one for each of the following regions:
Notification of Winners
Only the region and the Christian name of the winners will be announced. This information will be shared via customer email and on the Edwards & Hardy website by no later than 05 July 2024.
Travel Arrangements
All travel associated with the travel packages will be arranged through House of Travel, Takanini.
General Conditions
The travel package cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
Employees of Edwards & Hardy and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
Edwards & Hardy reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the promotion.

Changes to Promotion
Edwards & Hardy reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
Edwards & Hardy is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or any other unforeseeable consequence resulting from the use of the travel package.
Privacy
Personal information collected from participants will be used solely in connection with this promotion and will not be disclosed to any third party, except for the purpose of facilitating the promotion and travel arrangements.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding the promotion will be resolved at the discretion of Edwards & Hardy, and their decision shall be considered final.

Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
